What Do My Dues Accomplish?

When you support the medical alumni association you:

• Provide class transcripts for First and Second Year Students

• Provide White Coats for first year students

• Support the Medical Student Enrichment Program which provides students with service and training opportunities in developing countries and underserved areas throughout the world, including Alabama and the U.S.

• Provide Stethoscope name tags for 2nd year students

• Present Graduation Awards for Leadership and Community Service

• Sponsor the Argus Awards Reception. The Argus Awards are presented annually by the students to clinical staff they choose to honor.

• Present The Martha Myers Role Model Award. This Award was established to recognize our physician alumni in the practice of medicine who make great contributions to patient care and the medical profession, and often go unheralded.
